Our clinical staff members are licensed healthcare practitioners that have developed expertise and specialization in aesthetic medicine. They have received advanced education and certifications in all of the products and procedures we deliver. They specialize in minimally invasive medical aesthetic procedures for which they received additional training, certification, and experience. They work collaboratively to ensure your safety.

Max Lehfeldt, MD - Plastic Surgeon.
Stefanie Lehfeldt, MD - Anesthesiologist.
Roger Terman, Manager - Roger's extensive knowledge and experience in the aesthetic field makes him a tremendous resource as a manager, consultant and educator.
Julie Clause, RN - Julie has been an RN for 26 years and has 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers and lasers. She is certified in laser safety.
Jennifer Ellis, RN, BSN - Jennifer received her Bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Southern California. She has been specializing in aesthetic medicine for over 10 years and is certified in over 20 lasers as well as Botox, peels and sclerotherapy.
Sally Johnston, RN - Sally is thrilled to be a part of this medical aesthetic group for over 5 years now. She has been formally trained and certified in our many laser modalities as well as the administration of our injectable treatments.
Gigi Schlueter, RN, MSN, FNP - Gigi has been in nursing for 37 years. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1999 and has over 5 years experience in medical aesthetics.
Ginger Sony, RN - Ginger has 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She has been in medicine for 21 years. She specializes in injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers and lasers. She has worked with numerous plastic surgeons.
Shake Manoukian, Licensed Aesthetician - She has been an aesthetician for four years and has worked at Radiance all that time.
Cathy Clark, MA - Cathy has had over 25 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She is the cheerful voice you hear on the phone when you call to book your appointment as well as may perform treatments for you.
Nayoosh Terman - Nayoosh is our receptionist during the week. She speaks Farsi and Armenian as well as English.
Fiona Sahakian - Fiona is our receptionist every Saturday. She speaks Farsi and Armenian as well as English. She has had 10 years experience in administration and medical aesthetics.
